Terms and Conditions for Workshops
Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all workshops and courses offered by Studio ANQI.
By registering for a workshop or course, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Registration and Booking
Registration can be made through the website or by individual arrangement.
A booking becomes binding upon receipt of the agreed deposit.
Payment
The deposit is paid through the website.
The remaining balance may be paid either by bank transfer before the workshop or in cash on the day of the course.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

Up to 14 days before the course starts: full refund

7–13 days before the course starts: 50% refund of the course fee

Less than 7 days before the course starts: no refund
Participants may nominate a substitute attendee at any time.
Cancellation by Studio ANQI
Studio ANQI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops for important reasons, including illness or insufficient participant numbers.
Any payments already made will be refunded in full. No further claims may be made.
Ceramic Work
Ceramics are a natural material.
Despite careful handling and processing, cracks, warping, glaze changes, or other imperfections may occur during drying, firing, or glazing.
Studio ANQI accepts no liability for material-related damage, defects, or loss of ceramic work.
Collection of Finished Work
Participants will be notified when their finished pieces are ready for collection.
Finished work should be collected within three months of notification.
After this period, Studio ANQI reserves the right to dispose of or otherwise make use of uncollected items.
Liability
Participation in workshops is at the participant’s own risk.
Studio ANQI shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Photography
Photographs of the workshop atmosphere and completed ceramic work may occasionally be taken during workshops.
Photographs in which individuals are clearly identifiable will only be published with their explicit consent.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for bookings of workshops and leisure events with a fixed date.
The cancellation terms outlined above shall apply.
Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
